HEMPI has a strong history of incubating, developing, and supporting new initiatives that address some of the most pressing issues in empowerment, education, and society. Over the years, we have supported the launch of multiple organisations and programmes focused on health, social inclusion, youth development, and capacity building.

By building new ventures, we can take the frontline expertise we gain from running our hubs and projects and share those lessons with the wider system, creating sustainable change far beyond our immediate communities.

In 2023, Purposeful Empowerment Ventures was launched as the latest initiative to grow out of HEMPI. It is now a specialist organisation focused on education, youth development, and wider issues affecting children and young people.

HEMPI continues to collaborate closely with Purposeful Empowerment Ventures, sharing resources, expertise, and opportunities to maximise impact.
