Governance – HEMPI
Our governance structure is designed to ensure every part of HEMPI works seamlessly together to support individuals and deliver on our mission: to make sure that everyone, regardless of their background, has access to empowerment, skills, and real opportunities for a better future.
HEMPI develops, launches, and scales initiatives that share our mission and values. We are an integral part of Hielite Academy, under which HEMPI operates as a dedicated empowerment arm. Each program or community hub also has its own Local Advisory Council, ensuring that decisions reflect the unique needs of the communities we serve.

HEMPI (Hielite Empowerment Initiative) is registered under Hielite Academy as an empowerment and community development organisation. Our key documents and policies guide the delivery of our initiatives, clarify decision-making responsibilities, and ensure that accountability is maintained at all levels. These include:
